I prefer email queries. DO include the first 3-5 pages in the body of the email. No attachments, please

I respond to ALL email queries that are addressed to me (i.e. not Dear Agent; Dear Agents; To Whom It May Concern.)
I reserve the right to not respond to emails that direct me to a web page or have attachments.

If you query by snail mail, DO include an SASE if you wish a response.
I prefer you send a #10 business envelope with a first class stamp and we recycle your pages.

Please do not send a FedEx envelope in place of an SASE.

We cannot respond to mail queries that have an IRC (international reply coupons in place of postage.
If you are querying from outside the US, please query electronically.

Please do NOT send full manuscripts or anything weighing more than 16 ounces unless I ask for it.  I will not return it even with an SASE and do not accept any responsibility for things sent unsolicited.

I respond to ALL snail mail queries that include an SASE.

Please send things in the standard industry format.
